No, we do not offer estimates over the phone without taking a look at the property of the potential project first. There are many other components that go into giving an estimate than just measurements. We want to ensure that we give our potential customers the most accurate estimate for the project.

We are located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. 

We are a first come, first serve business. Jobs cannot be reserved as they are done in the order in which they come. Once on schedule you will be contacted and notified for the upcoming start of the project a week prior to beginning. Weather conditions can affect the time of start. 

A 25% deposit of the total project amount is required to secure your project on our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable if a start date has been confirmed and the project is canceled.
An additional 25% at the start of the project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion.
By agreeing to the contract, you agree to these terms. 

The forms of payments that we accept are cash, checks or wire transfers.
